We're a small, woman-owned, high-tech private practice in Loveland dedicated to comprehensive, patient-centered dental care. Our energetic team works in a collaborative environment where every patient leaves feeling informed and genuinely cared for. We're growing — and we want a hygienist who wants to grow with us.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality preventive care and thorough patient education
- Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments and treatment
- Take and interpret digital X-rays and intraoral photographs
- Document and chart electronically
- Collaborate with the doctor and team to deliver an exceptional patient experience
- Stay current with the latest dental techniques and technologies
Who We're Looking For
A skilled hygienist who takes pride in building real relationships with patients and thrives as part of a close-knit team. The right attitude matters just as much as experience here.
- ✓ Active RDH license to practice in Colorado (required)
- ✓ Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program (required)
- ✓ Nitrous oxide certification (preferred)
- ✓ Local anesthesia administration permit (preferred)
- ✓ 1 year of dental hygiene experience (preferred, not required)

What You'll Do
- Chair-side assisting and operatory setup and breakdown
- X-rays, intraoral photography, and electronic charting in Dentrix
- Sterilization and infection control duties
- Supply inventory management and ordering
- Minor equipment maintenance and general dental office tasks
- Contributing to a smooth, positive patient experience every day
Who We're Looking For
A motivated, reliable team player who takes pride in their work and genuinely enjoys helping patients. Experience is a plus, but passion and a willingness to learn matter more to us.
- ✓ Graduation from a dental assisting program (preferred, not required)
- ✓ 1 year of dental assisting experience (preferred, not required)
- ✓ EDDA certification (a big plus — or we'll help you get there)
